About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Indiana Pharmacist License, or eligible
- Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
