Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Indiana Pharmacist License, or eligible
- Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred
