About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the practice
- Schedules physician and staff personnel and manages leave requests
- Makes recommendations regarding equipment and supplies needed
- Prepares and submits an annual budget
- Works with Marketing and Public Relations as needed
- Establishes and maintains an efficient and responsive patient flow system
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in business or health care related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent leadership, analytical and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the payor environment, patient service delivery systems and federal/state rules and regulations regarding billing processes.
