About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The PT evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system.
Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient.
Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.
Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current active or current temporary Indiana Physical Therapy License
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
New graduates encouraged to apply!
