• Oversee the implementation of short-term and long-term strategic recommendations. Ensure successful cohesive, disciplined campaign execution.
• Design and implement advocacy and public affairs campaigns that build durable support for advanced and renewable energy, tailored to the unique local and state political, cultural, and economic contexts.
• Work closely with developer clients and/or philanthropic and non-profit partners to define goals, recommend tactics, shape strategy, and ensure alignment between partner objectives and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Bantam colleagues and partner organizations to implement advocacy plans, including political strategy, message development, paid and earned media, and grassroots mobilization.
• Understand how to build and strengthen coalitions, engage key stakeholders, and foster relationships that expand the base of support for renewable energy initiatives.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of state and local political landscapes, employing this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
• Track campaign progress, evaluate impact, and provide partners with timely, actionable reports and recommendations.
• Shape compelling narratives and campaign messaging that resonate with diverse audiences and effectively convey the benefits of renewable energy.
