What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated experience with Succession Planning & Talent Planning
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of talent management principles, business, learning and development, or human resources as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor s degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources or related field
