About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain an intimate knowledge of the management, workflow, retrieval, and use of electronically stored information (ESI)
- Leverage approved technology, tools, and eDiscovery vendors to help clients streamline workloads and mitigate risks
- Develop repeatable, defensible eDiscovery processes and best practices
- Assist attorneys with managing eDiscovery technology
- Manage and lead process enhancement and redesign efforts
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and processes
- Drive research efforts to justify recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as a Legal Discovery Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of business, cybersecurity, information technology and/or computer science
- Must demonstrate expertise in information technology and healthcare
- Needs experience in medium to large scale project planning and reporting either individually or in a team
- Communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products and other tools depending on position requirements
- Certification may be required in at least one of the following areas: CISSP, CISA, SSCP, PCI-ISA, CRISC, HCISSP, Security+, PMP
