About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department
  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-physician staff
  • Select, train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for staff
  • Oversee all functions of the medical group including reception and scheduling activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires level of literacy, communication and math skills normally demonstrated at the level of an Associate’s Degree
  • Required at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license may be required for certain assignments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
