About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner to revenue cycle, supply chain, and enterprise-wide business operations
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk tolerance
- Advise executives and operational leaders on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Identify legal risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and implement compliant operational procedures
- Translate regulatory changes into actionable business practices and educate business partners on impacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school
- Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
- Five years' experience as a practicing attorney
- A working knowledge of personal computers, including word-processing skills
- Inter-personal and professional skills to provide legal services in a useful manner to those at all levels of the organization
