Provide legal support and advice, including interpreting laws, rules and regulations
Advise company personnel, negotiating and drafting agreements and other documents
Monitor laws and regulations affecting the company
Assists management with a wide variety of projects requiring legal expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
Five years' experience as a practicing attorney
A working knowledge of personal computers, including word-processing skills
Inter-personal and professional skills to provide legal services in a useful manner to those at all levels of the organization
Eight or more years as a practicing attorney, including at least five years in a law firm setting (preferred)
Three years' experience in health care law (preferred)
