About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide legal support and advice, including interpreting laws, rules and regulations
  • Advise company personnel, negotiating and drafting agreements and other documents
  • Monitor laws and regulations affecting the company
  • Assists management with a wide variety of projects requiring legal expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school
  • Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
  • Five years' experience as a practicing attorney
  • A working knowledge of personal computers, including word-processing skills
  • Inter-personal and professional skills to provide legal services in a useful manner to those at all levels of the organization
  • Eight or more years as a practicing attorney, including at least five years in a law firm setting (preferred)
  • Three years' experience in health care law (preferred)
