Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
1-2 years of customer service and/or financial-related work experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Clear understanding of financial counseling's impact on Revenue Cycle operations
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in PC-based office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel)
