Key responsibilities & impact

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
Formulate a plan of care, including the discharge plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
BLS certification is required
Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired
Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting
Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations
Employees must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at time of hire if working at certain facilities
