Key responsibilities & impact

Turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports
Work across complex, multi-source datasets while leveraging strong SQL skills
Serve as the go-to data resource for operational teams
Translate business questions into analytical solutions
Collaborate on regional and company-wide initiatives
Contribute to system implementations and process redesign
Stay ahead of industry and compliance trends
Uncover insights from large, complex datasets
Develop and maintain operation labor models using operations research and industrial engineering techniques
Conduct regular Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Planning alongside leaders
Coach front line staff and managers in lean principles and process improvement methods

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Significant experience, typically gained through two to four years relevant work experience
Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative process improvement techniques and perform advanced data analysis
Proficient with one or more operating systems, spreadsheets, database managers, presentations programs, and word processors
Record of leadership with effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a team environment
Effective negotiation capabilities and ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience in Healthcare preferred
Industrial Engineering Degree or a degree in a quantitative, engineering, business or healthcare-related field with a Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma preferred
