AVP, Digital Product Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides executive leadership for digital product design and management
- Ensures alignment of products to Banner’s strategic goals
- Enhances patient engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
- Defines the digital roadmap and integrates AI/health tech solutions
- Directs cross-functional teams and ensures regulatory compliance
- Acts as a key liaison with senior leadership
- Develops and executes digital business strategies
- Identifies emerging digital trends and technologies
- Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products
- Oversees development and optimization of digital products, platforms, and services
- Drives innovation in AI and digital content platforms
- Monitors active digital projects in collaboration with Delivery Office
- Leads strategic relationships with IT, legal, and compliance teams
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Evaluates and implements technologies (AI, machine learning, automation, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Services Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience
- Seven years of progressively responsible managerial experience in applicable area(s) of position responsibility
- Minimum of three years management level experience within a health care system setting or large multi-operational, complex corporate environment
- Proven track record of driving strategic and performance outcomes
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of operations in applicable area(s) of position responsibility
- Experience anticipating and responding to the needs of internal and external customers
