About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide analytical support for financial positioning and growth of assigned region
- Lead development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance within assigned business unit(s)
- Identify and implement operating improvements and efficiencies
- Implement and guide processes based on data analysis
- Provide direction for financial systems software products
- Prepare accurate management and regulatory reports
- Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation
- Interact with Regulatory Agencies, Finance, and Human Resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in financial management
- Excellent human relations skills
- Proficient in sophisticated software programs
- Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills
- Operational skills and knowledge in healthcare
- Previous supervisory/team leadership experience preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Experience in healthcare financial management preferred
