- Respond to provider applicant questions
- Coordinate recruitment conference with stakeholders
- Provide administrative and technical support for on-boarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and on-boarding processes
- Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
