Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and/or collect relevant financial data to prepare and interpret financial reports
- Maintain/updates financial systems and databases
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue from hospital services
- Supervise the workflow for designated charge staff within department
- Analyze statistics and financial information necessary for projects
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for state and federal agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience in healthcare financial management/analysis work
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong abilities in statistical analysis, data interpretation, computer software applications, database and spreadsheet programs
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques to generate management reports, projections, allocations, and analyses
