About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the needs of the people served and inform design of conversations
- Establish content and conversation design principles and standards
- Work across Scrum Teams to deliver and refine digital interactions
- Prototype conversational flows and iterate user interfaces toward measurable success
- Partner with researchers and product teams to inform continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Content Design
- 2+ years of experience leading Content Design
- 2+ years designing content using A.I.
- Demonstrated storytelling and influencing skills
- Experience with design of A.I. enabled experiences (i.e., Large Language Models)
- Knowledge of A.I. aligned to methodologies such as the Double Diamond, Agile and Scrum
