About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members
Support Pediatric Specialists, Adult Medical Specialties, Hospitalists, and Banner MD Anderson – Practice Administration
Handle concerns such as corrective actions, investigations, and escalated leave issues
Design and implement strategies that positively influence culture and employee experience
Maintain required documentation and record data for conclusions
Develop training for leaders and HR staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four year degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field
3-5 years as Human Resources generalist
Experience in employment law, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Basic familiarity with principles of compensation and recruiting
Effective interviewing skills
Ability to communicate effectively about employee issues
Proven ability to analyze complex situations
Ability to conduct investigations and document findings
High proficiency in Microsoft environment
