About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members
  • Support Pediatric Specialists, Adult Medical Specialties, Hospitalists, and Banner MD Anderson – Practice Administration
  • Handle concerns such as corrective actions, investigations, and escalated leave issues
  • Design and implement strategies that positively influence culture and employee experience
  • Maintain required documentation and record data for conclusions
  • Develop training for leaders and HR staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four year degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years as Human Resources generalist
  • Experience in employment law, conflict resolution, and employee relations
  • Basic familiarity with principles of compensation and recruiting
  • Effective interviewing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively about employee issues
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations
  • Ability to conduct investigations and document findings
  • High proficiency in Microsoft environment
