About the role

  • Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and evaluate divisional financial operations
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on operating strategies and financial outcomes
  • Establish and achieve long-range goals and monitor financial outcomes
  • Provide leadership to direct reports and collaborate within the company and with system financial leadership
  • Participate in various system-level teams to accomplish strategic initiatives including M&A and JV work

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in large multi-operational corporate environments in complex industries, preferably healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations including coding, billing & collection strategies
  • Extensive financial planning expertise including M&A, capital planning, & service line growth/exit
  • Ability to influence management at all levels with a positive attitude
