About the role
- Responsible for the administration of the Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Payroll, and others
- Setup provider demographics, plan summaries, and compensation
- Provide analytical support for financial positioning and future growth of assigned area/region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in financial management
- Proficiency in sophisticated software programs
- Excellent human relations skills
