- Analyze, design, configure, implement and support PaaS solutions
- Work closely with IT functional areas, product owners, and vendors
- Resolve application and configuration issues
- Ensure production systems run reliably and meet SLAs
- Design and build tools and solutions automating support tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working knowledge
- in-depth knowledge of concepts within job function normally obtained in 2-4 years' work experience
- Strong understanding of IT lifecycle
- Experience designing scalable solutions
- Hands on experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Strong knowledge of programming and cloud technology
- Medium scale project planning
- Skills to mentor less experienced team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
