About the role
- Support compliance oversight regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and Value Based Care
- Investigate issues, perform audits, and prepare reports for risk assessments
- Manage complex and sensitive compliance questions
- Provide answers and support to internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Assist external investigation efforts in conjunction with Compliance leadership
Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in compliance, healthcare or related field
- Minimum of two years of payer, clinical or healthcare operations experience
- Ability to understand and apply complex healthcare related government statutes and regulations
- Relevant certification based on assigned area of focus after one year of hire
