About the role
- Recruit executives and leaders or physicians to meet the organization’s recruitment goals
- Manage all aspects of the leader/physician recruitment process
- Conduct telephone interviews to determine candidate fit
- Work closely with the hiring authority to evaluate candidates
- Collaborate with leadership teams to determine candidate needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing or related field
- At least five years of executive, leader and/or physician recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of executive and/or physician recruitment
- Superb negotiation and relationship building skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
