About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in a specific operations function and perform function-specific day-to-day operations tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support branches through review and documentation of multiple critical functions
- Provide Bank staff with training
- Respond to inquiries on complex procedures, applications, and access
- Support specific retail operational areas and administer function-specific systems
- Administer function-specific user access for related applications
- Assist with Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and real event tactical team activities
- Participate in critical, bankwide problem-solving projects
- Analyze user feedback and recommend support process improvements
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent repeated problems
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in the annual JHA SilverLake release, including updates or defect review, testing, training documentation, and support
- Post updates to BannerNet to assist in problem resolution
- Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 0 to 2 years of clerical, bank, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure required
- Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles/methodologies and issue resolution techniques
- Proficient in advanced aspects of Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to deposit accounts and bank operations
