About the role

  • You will manage our online-shop clients operationally and, together with internal and external stakeholders, ensure structured planning, implementation and continuous development of the shops.
  • Communication, coordination and quality are central — with room for your own initiatives.
  • Central point of contact for operational and project-related e‑commerce topics.
  • Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, project managers, designers and management.
  • Capture, review and structure new requirements, including alignment, estimation and planning.
  • Backlog maintenance and sprint- and release planning in Jira.
  • Preparation and moderation of regular meetings (weekly, standing meetings).
  • Organization of releases and deployments, including testing and approvals.
  • Oversight of effort, budgets, capacities and monthly reporting.
  • Active involvement in shaping and further developing the shops.

Requirements

  • Experience in project or account management of digital products, preferably in an e‑commerce or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with shop systems (preferably Shopware) and e‑commerce processes.
  • Enjoy working in communication and collaboration with a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Experience with Jira, ticketing and backlogs, or other agile methods.
  • Basic understanding of connected systems such as ERP, PIM or CRM.
  • Structured way of working and strong organizational skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with Shopware 6.
  • Basic knowledge of performance analysis (Core Web Vitals).
  • Experience with multi‑brand or multi‑store setups.
