About the role
- You manage our online shop clients and act as the central contact for all operational and project-related matters
- You communicate confidently and provide transparent decision-making information
- You ensure close and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders, especially Product Owners, developers, project managers, UI/UX designers and management
- You assess new requirements with the team for feasibility, obtain estimates and proposals, structure them for further planning and coordinate between the Product Owner and our internal development team
- You maintain the backlog in Jira, prioritize and plan sprints together with the client's Product Owner
- You prepare regular meetings (weeklies, standing meetings), lead them and document decisions and open questions
- You organize the entire release and deployment planning across Develop, Staging and Production and monitor the quality of delivered features
- You conduct tests and approvals, coordinate QA with our dev team and release deployments to the client
- You are responsible for overseeing monthly budget, effort, sprint capacities and monthly reporting
- You contribute ideas for the further development of the shops, identify optimization and expansion measures and support the prioritization of new features
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in account or project management of digital products, ideally in e‑commerce or an agency environment
- Very good experience with shop systems (preferably Shopware) and an understanding of typical e‑commerce processes
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working with people and a professional demeanor with both external and internal contacts
- Experience working with Jira, backlog management, ticketing and sprint planning
- Basic technical understanding of connected systems such as ERP, PIM, CRM and their roles in the e‑commerce ecosystem
- Experience orchestrating releases and QA processes
- Structured, reliable working style and the ability to present complex topics in a customer-understandable way
- Team player, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- German and English, both written and spoken
