About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print channels including presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, social media assets, digital ads, and landing page visuals.
- Maintain and evolve Bankjoy's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates that empower the broader team to produce on-brand content independently.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to design compelling visual narratives for product launches, feature announcements, and sales enablement materials.
- Create visually engaging pitch decks, client presentations, and RFP response materials.
- Design assets for webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership content.
- Produce event-specific creative including booth graphics, signage, banners, swag concepts, and conference materials for trade shows and Bankjoy's annual client conference (Elevate).
- Ensure all event materials are on-brand and delivered on time.
- Design social media graphics, LinkedIn content, and digital advertising assets.
- Support website visual updates and landing page design in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience working directly with marketing and product marketing teams in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently without heavy oversight.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable giving and receiving feedback and proactively flagging blockers.
- Nice to Have: Motion graphics or video editing capabilities. Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
