About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle to serve as the senior technical subject matter expert on Bankjoy’s digital banking platform and solutions
- Lead complex technical discovery and solution design conversations with prospective financial institutions, including architecture, integrations, security, and operational workflows
- Deliver compelling, executive-level product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s technical environment and strategic priorities
- Design scalable solution architectures that align Bankjoy’s platform capabilities with prospective clients’ business and technical requirements
- Build trusted technical relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and operations teams
- Own the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and due diligence requests
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence roadmap priorities
- Provide technical leadership during complex sales opportunities, including proof-of-concepts, integrations, and technical validation exercises
- Support industry conferences, client meetings, and product presentations to strengthen Bankjoy’s market presence and pipeline development
- Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and production
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles within enterprise SaaS or fintech organizations
- Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical integrations
- Strong experience working with financial institutions, digital banking platforms, or regulated technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and communicate technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions, solution architecture discussions, and product demonstrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures
- Experience responding to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence processes
- Ability to build credibility quickly with senior technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
