  • 1+ years leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

  • Ability to identify client solutions and resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Desired: 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports

  • Desired: Experience in environments with individual and team goals
  • Spanish bilingual ability highly desired
