About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver independent, consultative treasury advisory services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on treasury strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives
  • Lead consultative discussions and develop tailored insights and recommendations
  • Develop advisory content, diagnostic frameworks, and strategic perspectives
  • Collaborate with GPS Sales, Client Coverage, Product Management, product, sales, and client relationship teams
  • Provide expertise on international expansion, shared service centers, liquidity management, resilience, governance, compliance, treasury technology, and treasury transformation
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, risk management, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay optimization, cash forecasting, in-house banking, and treasury centralization initiatives
  • Research global treasury trends, market developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging operating models
  • Develop presentations, white papers, and client-facing thought leadership materials
  • Represent Bank of America at industry forums, conferences, and client events
  • Contribute to advisory frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Support proposal development and client presentations
  • Manage client engagements, reviews, account management, complex deals, and emerging solution opportunities
  • Present at key industry events and lead consultative discussions
  • Assist banking line partners with treasury management, product risk, and policy application
  • Manage segment initiatives and develop programs and policies for Global Treasury solutions and local market strategies
  • Act as product or industry expert in client call planning and strategic client reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, and/or treasury advisory consulting, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Demonstrated experience advising clients or senior stakeholders on treasury strategy and operations
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury principles, operating models, and processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and thought leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
  • Familiarity with ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) preferred
  • Understanding of treasury-related regulatory environments and market practices
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CGMA advantageous
