About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
  • Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
  • Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
  • Six months of cash handling experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
