About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage execution of client service activities in coordination with the relationship team, including pre- and post-sales discussions and activities
  • Monitor and execute tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and handle day-to-day client inquiries
  • Direct work and serve as a peer resource for support employees within the market
  • Manage and execute personal and non-personal client requests related to banking, credit, and investment products
  • Fulfill large and/or complex client needs across products
  • Coordinate with trust, family office, investments, custody officers, and centralized service centers
  • Identify and resolve client issues effectively and promptly
  • Identify banking-related client opportunities and review the book of business for relationship-deepening opportunities
  • Engage partners as needed
  • Adhere to Private Bank and Enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory and legal requirements
  • Assist with Private Bank client management and account and portfolio servicing
  • Develop and maintain client relationships focused on long-term retention and portfolio growth
  • Improve processes, procedures, and technology to enhance client experience and efficiency
  • Serve as peer, coach, and mentor to support team goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
