About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

  • Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Effective and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance desired
