About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers serving financial institutions and government teams
- Serve as a client-facing resource for non-bank financial institutions
- Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
- Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipelines, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
- Produce client- and portfolio-level profitability, revenue, product usage, balance trend, and variance analyses
- Partner with AML and onboarding teams to facilitate client readiness and KYC onboarding
- Coordinate the Client Management Process, including planning, calling efforts, meetings, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking
- Conduct research to develop strategies, proposals, and pitchbooks
- Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and develop pricing strategies
- Partner with Product Specialists and support teams to grow revenue and deepen relationships
- Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
- Manage sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting
- Participate in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Effective problem solving and trend/opportunity analysis
- Risk management skills
- Strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Proactive mindset and effective time management
- Results-driven mindset
- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment
- Experience prospecting and developing new business
- Knowledge of U.S. or international cash management products
- Prior experience in Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking strongly preferred
- Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, and/or product management
- Working knowledge of U.S. and global treasury management products, services, and industry trends
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift (United States of America)
