About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
- Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
- Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Desired: six months of cash handling experience
- Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
