About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines while complying with laws and regulations
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and networks
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
- Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
