About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate inputs, create the deck, and run the monthly Vendor Financial Review for APS&E non-personnel expense
  • Organize deep dives to understand current and future Vendor strategies for APS&E
  • Create reports providing ongoing insight to business stakeholders for analytically driven strategic decisions
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and reporting across resources, financial, and project allocation data
  • Drive initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and automate processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams managing infrastructure delivery within Application Production Services and Engineering
  • Serve as point of contact for application teams, Technology stakeholders, Service Providers, and the business
  • Oversee infrastructure delivery scope, milestones, and capabilities across the book of work
  • Execute and monitor initiatives and projects, proactively addressing roadblocks and issues
  • Act as a single point of contact for network, storage, server, and Technology Infrastructure supporting software needs
  • Escalate issues, define resolution plans, and communicate problems requiring further attention
  • Report key metrics, prioritize portfolio work, and monitor overall portfolio health
  • Manage relationships with business and technology leaders
  • Prepare portfolio-level plans covering deliverables, service levels, and milestones
  • Manage yearly and monthly initiative funding budgets and allocations
  • Provide financial transparency for TCOA chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative finances, and stale application volumes
  • Communicate CTI strategies, services, and products to technology stakeholders
  • Advocate for CTI priorities and influence change through partnerships
  • Lead fellowship Communities of Practice across the organization and delivery teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to adjust communication style and technique to maximize impact across audiences and seniority levels
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Deep knowledge of MS Excel features
  • Ability to generate and produce high-quality reports, analyses, and presentations
  • Familiarity with CoPilot for data analysis and presentation
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess multiple competing demands and reprioritize accordingly
  • Intellectual curiosity and continual questioning to define root causes, timelines, responsible parties, and remediation plans
  • Comprehension of frameworks, processes, and policies
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • BS Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or other quantitative areas (desired)
  • Experience with visualizations and dashboards such as PowerBI (desired)
  • Experience querying and manipulating data
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
  • Experience working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
