About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute platform strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans for mobile wallet, virtual card, and travel payment solutions
  • Lead development and enhancement of digital payment capabilities, including mobile wallet provisioning, tokenized payments, virtual card issuance, and travel-related payment experiences
  • Serve as subject matter expert for virtual card and travel payment solutions
  • Partner with Global Product, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities to expand client adoption and wallet share
  • Manage strategic relationships with payment networks, wallet providers, travel technology partners, and third-party vendors
  • Partner across card, payables, fraud, risk, operations, and technology teams to design digital payment solutions
  • Develop business cases, product requirements, and stakeholder impact assessments for new products, enhancements, regulatory changes, and platform modernization initiatives
  • Monitor product performance, client feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings
  • Prioritize investments, enhance commercialization strategies, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Communicate value internally and externally
  • Teach non-technical partners
  • Lead multi-discipline project teams
  • Work with partners to create commercialization materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in product management and/or development
  • Direct experience working in Commercial Card or Financial Services industry or payments background
  • Experience managing a critical, large-scale application and third-party relationships
  • Demonstrated experience remediating a highly complex global program/product
  • Tech development experience
  • Understanding of Agile and the complexities of managing tech resources and budget
  • Comfortable making business decisions using general guidance from Legal, risk, and industry partners
  • Ability to design communications to educate Product, Sales, Operations, and Credit partners
  • Strategic thinker balanced with a tactical execution skillset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable team player
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
