About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service banking resources
- Assist clients with mobile banking, online banking, and ATM transactions
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions meeting their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual Mandarin required
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
- Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
- Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients
- Effective and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent
- Desired: financial services experience and industry knowledge
- Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Desired: six months of cash-handling experience
- Desired: bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate’s degree
