Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual Mandarin required
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients
  • Effective and confident communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • Must be able to travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent
  • Desired: financial services experience and industry knowledge
  • Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Desired: six months of cash-handling experience
  • Desired: bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate’s degree
