About the role

  • Overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
  • Serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
  • Communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources
  • Delivering regulatory and executive materials
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve the overall Client Experience
  • Partnering with leaders across Client Protection to lead Client analytics
  • Leveraging insights from data to implement improvements to Client facing processes, communications, policies, and controls

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience using data to summarize information with Reporting or Data Analytics.
  • 2+ years project management experience or supporting process improvements
  • 2+ experience designing solutions to mitigate risk or working in a Controls Management function
  • Experience partnering to develop data insights using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or other analytical tools
  • Experience creating and presenting to Executives, ability to create a story from data
