About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
- Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations

- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships
- Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- Bilingual Spanish
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Desired: financial services experience and industry knowledge
- Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Desired: six months of cash handling experience
- Desired: bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate’s degree
