About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Assist clients with conducting transactions through self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships
- Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and at financial center locations within a reasonable distance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash-handling experience
- Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance (desired qualification)
