  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market clients and day-to-day client relationships

  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions to clients within an assigned portfolio
  • Consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise to client-facing teammates
  • Coordinate fulfillment requests and relationship review meetings
  • Identify process inefficiencies, improvements, and relevant industry initiatives
  • Develop data-driven client insights and presentations addressing risk reduction, working capital, and payment/receipt digitization
  • Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and provide timely updates
  • Maintain client pricing and ensure products and services are billed appropriately
  • Manage client escalations and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Protect and grow revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through verbal and written communication and presentations
  • Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and global cash management products and services
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines
  • Knowledge of the bank network and effective business partnering
  • Passionately curious and courageous
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree is desired
