About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate parts of credit underwriting and monitoring for new and existing commercial credit clients
  • Complete credit analysis and evaluate risks
  • Write financial analyses using various tools and systems
  • Analyze financial statements, projections, industry data, covenant compliance, collateral, and policy requirements
  • Manage credit activities supporting commercial credit underwriting, including financial spreading, risk rating scorecards, and covenant tests
  • Analyze ongoing credit and escalate issues to the credit team as appropriate
  • Summarize existing client performance through periodic risk profile reviews
  • Partner with credit and client teams within Centralized and Regional Credit Lines of Business
  • Collaborate with peers to manage optimal workflow
  • Identify and escalate process breakdowns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience as an alternative to the preferred BA/BS degree
