About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- English and Spanish language required
- Must work weekends and/or extended hours as scheduled
- May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes, laws, and regulations
- Ability to efficiently manage time and capacity
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions preferred
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment preferred
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
