About the role

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • English and Spanish language required
  • Must work weekends and/or extended hours as scheduled
  • May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
  • Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and capacity
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions preferred
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment preferred
  • Six months of cash handling experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
