About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience

Requirements

- Efficient time and capacity management
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Ability to work at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
- Six months of cash-handling experience preferred
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
