About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define an architectural vision and solution that supports the strategic outcomes of the Business' Products and Services
Work with stakeholders and service providers aligned to the Business' strategic objectives
Contribute to the architecture roadmap and the development of best practices
Design secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions capable of operating in a highly regulated environment
Lead the end-to-end solution design for AI-powered applications using LLMs
Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (POCs), and reference architectures
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in programming language(s) required for the role
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) expertise
Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration, and Agentic AI design patterns knowledge
Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) experience
Strong programming experience in Python; experience with Java and/or .NET preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Elastic Search
Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, governance, and performance optimization
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
