Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals and initiatives.
Perform code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation, and control of data in operational and analytical data systems.
Work with stakeholders and Product and Software Engineering teams to aid with implementing data requirements, analyzing performance, and researching and troubleshooting data problems within system engineering domains.
Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines, reporting solutions, and data products supporting AML processes.
Build and enhance data integrations, workflows, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
Support the day-to-day operation of AML data platforms, including issue resolution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Analyze data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, reporting solutions, and workflow automation.
Strong experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
Experience supporting production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business partners.
Experience with data governance, data quality, and control processes.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
