About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop compelling data-driven narratives that translate analytics into actionable insights for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Create visually engaging dashboards, charts, infographics, timelines, and analytical storyboards that simplify complex information and accelerate decision-making.
  • Interpret quantitative results, trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators to identify meaningful business implications and recommendations.
  • Convert technical findings into concise, audience-appropriate language that can be easily understood by both business and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design presentations that connect data, business context, and strategic objectives into a cohesive and persuasive story.
  • Execution of critical business controls, metrics and monitoring; early identification and escalation of risk or breaches; identification and on-time execution of GSEP owned issues
  • Tailor presentation content and visualizations based on audience type, ranging from operational teams to executive leadership and governance forums.
  • Distill large volumes of information into concise key messages, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years’ experience creating executive facing materials
  • 5+ years’ experience developing data visualization by leveraging data from various sources
  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
  • Strong analytical, risk management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines
  • Strong partnership and relationship building skills with the ability to influence.
  • Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
